Gravity Conveyors
Ball transfer tables & rails are ideal for products which must be rotated or positioned from one workstation to another. Steel balls are friction-free and easily glide boxes, packages, or items in any direction. We offer three separate ball styles, and custom sizes are available.
Skate wheel conveyors are well suited to glide lightweight cartons and packages from one station to another. They’re particularly helpful in setting up a temporary conveyor line – simply hook the sections together and away you go. Great for use in shipping, warehousing and other assembly areas.
There are more than a dozen different types and sizes of conveyors available from ¾” micro roller conveyors all the way to 3 ½” heavy duty roller conveyors, and materials options include P.V.C., aluminum, and USDA-approved stainless steel (food safe).
Power & Specialty Conveyors
Skate wheels mounted to various configurations of channels and angles comprise what is commonly known in the industry as flo rail conveyors. One of these may be adaptable to your unique system.
Add special sections, such as a manual or spring-assisted gate, to provide access to personnel or equipment in other areas of the building. These can be used with skate wheel or roller conveyors. And, treat your rollers with special coatings for greater product protection, to create a non-slip surface, and to avoid damage to your goods before they ever come off the line.
